Over the past week I haven't had the time or facilities to blog, which made me feel a little bit lost. I haven't been blogging for too long but this week has shown me that it's part of my life. I kept thinking, ooh I could write a post on this or that, but wasn't able to because of not having any access.

Pretty little liars is a television programme that has captivated many young people, including friends of mine for the past few years now.

I must admit, I have never really been a fan of Pretty Little Liars, not that I haven't tried. I have spent many hours watching episodes of the show and will admit some of the episodes did interest me. Unfortunately, most of the time I felt as if the storyline would build to a point and then collapse on itself, leaving the audience annoyed and with more questions to be answered than before. This is exactly the case with the series 6a finale.

If you haven't yet watched the finale then please don't read on as there will be some definite spoilers.

I know I shouldn't really compare this to other programmes but I want to compare it to Gossip Girl. They are very different shows, but still have the same aspect of not knowing the person who is ruining the characters everyday lives. Now in Gossip Girl you could totally guess who it would be and the fact that it was one of the main characters, that you would relate to each and every episode made it so much better. When you found out, yes it might not have been so much of a shock but at the same time it was a shock, because you as a viewer had related to that character for the past 5 series without knowing who they truly were.

PLL's seems to have gone for a complete opposite using a character that lets be honest, hasn't really had too much input into the story. For me this feels like a cop out, bringing in a new story so that they can drag the programme out for a couple more series, like they have done many times before. The whole fact that A (Charles/Cece) is transgender doesn't seem very well thought out, and in my opinion was definitely not what they had planned when they first started the show. It feels as if it's just been added in because transgender is a big topic at the moment and they want to keep themselves relevant. However, making Cece's character seem like her mental illnesses were linked to her being transgender was not the right way to go. So many people are still learning about what transgender really means and this was not the right impression to give them.

Maybe it's because I was never a huge fan of the show but I really think it has led up to be a massive fail. Of course, there are many people that are huge fans of the show, but in my eyes, it's really not worth it.

Hello everyone I hope you are having a lovely Friday and are looking forward to your weekend. I work weekends which means tomorrow is like a Monday for me. However, I am very lucky I enjoy my job and therefore am not dreading it!

This first piece is a River Island swimsuit in Leaf Print £35. Now I usually don't like wearing swimsuits as they remind me of swimming lessons when I was a child yet I seem to be in love with this one. It's a light blue and white swimsuit with a black leaf print pattern. I like the pattern and colours on this swimsuit and makes it feel a bit more girly than a normal one.


  This next piece is a lovely bikini by ASOS. This Mermaid Shell Bandeau bikini top £18 and bottoms £14 is something a little bit different, having the cups looking like white sea shells. I like this bikini because it is different without being too out there.




The next bikini is a bright red Bahamas Enhance Triangle Bikini £18 from Boohoo. I really like the vibrant red of this bikini whilst keeping the cut fairly simple. The top half reminds me of the sort of crop tops people wear into town nowadays, but I think would work nicely as a bikini top.


This last bikini is Athens Moulded Cup Panel Detail Bikini £20, again from boohoo. You may have noticed this bikini looks just like a famous Triangl one however, it's under half the price! I really like the extravagant colours of the triangl bikinis but I do also like this one in black and white as it looks simplistic.
